Erica Nease brings more than a decade of experience in education, serving middle and high school students across a wide range of learning needs, with a focus on special education. During her time in the classroom, she led a district-level pilot program supporting students’ social-emotional growth and learning. In her roles as Schools Department Manager and Educational Consultant, Erica is committed to equipping educators, strengthening student achievement, and honoring the unique abilities of every learner through IEW’s methodology.
