SUMMER HELP

If you are familiar with Andrew Pudewa’s article “Four Deadly Errors of Teaching Writing,” then you know withholding help is not something we want to do!

If you are looking for an Accredited IEW Instructor who is offering classes or tutoring this summer for your students, click here

Also, during the summer months IEW provides opportunities for you as a teacher to continue to grow. Listed below are some resources to help you effectively use your summer months.

July 26: IEW Annual Educators’ Conference with Andrew Pudewa (Free!)

Join parents and teachers from all over the globe for this inspiring day of workshops. If you teach students with learning differences, he will also address how to provide effective instruction to help students of all abilities succeed.

August 5–7: Virtual Teaching Writing: Structure and Style®

This is the seminar that started it all!  IEW’s Teaching Writing: Structure and Style is a complete syllabus for sequential development of writing skills. Participants will have hands-on writing practice for the nine different composition models and twenty-eight stylistic techniques. The cost of this seminar includes the materials. Although this professional development workshop is primarily for classroom teachers and administrators, all teachers are encouraged to attend.
